A surprise package arrived yesterday, with gift from my good friend and colleague Dana, of Lombardy Studios. He knows I get a major woody for early 20th century flying boats (getting a ride in one is one of my bucket list items), so he sent me a custom-painted Consolidated PBY Catalina miniature from a local historical event.
